30+ year executive with management and strategy expertise operating in both the private and government sectors. With a keen interest in effective organizations, evidence-based practices, philanthropy and sustainability, Leo has worked in both entrepreneurial environments and with major multinational organizations. Additionally, he is a five-time Texas gubernatorial appointee serving on state boards of directors for licensing, criminal justice and affordable housing. Leo is a Governance Fellow with the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), holds a BA in economics from Yale University and his MBA in finance from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business.
